Let your home earn you a better rate. Consolidate high-interest debt, fund a renovation, or keep a flexible line open for whatever comes next — all through a fully digital application.
Checking your rate does not affect your credit score.

Built to move at your speed
Traditional home equity lines mean paperwork, an in-person appraisal, and weeks of waiting. Ours replaces all of that with a process you finish from your phone or laptop.
100% online application
No digging for paperwork. Link your accounts securely and we take care of the rest.
Competitive fixed rate
Borrow up to $750,000 at a competitive, fixed rate with predictable payments.
Redraw up to 100%
Lock in your rate with the option to draw your paid-down balance back out again.
No in-person appraisal
Not needed in most cases — which is exactly what makes the five-day timeline possible.
Online video notary
Close from home in most circumstances, with quick response times throughout.
Bank-level security
Your account connections and documents are encrypted end to end.

What homeowners use it for
You draw only what you need and pay interest only on what you use, which makes a line of credit one of the most flexible tools available to a homeowner.
Debt consolidation
Replace high-interest credit card or personal loan balances with a single line secured by your home.
Education
Cover tuition and education costs without liquidating investments.
Home improvement
Renovations, solar panels, or building an accessory dwelling unit.
A standing reserve
Keep the line open and undrawn as a financial cushion before you need it.
Eligible properties
The property may be your primary residence, secondary residence, or an investment property.
Certain types of properties may not be eligible.
Frequently asked questions
Will checking my rate hurt my credit score?
No. Pre-qualification does not affect your credit score. A hard credit inquiry may be required during formal underwriting, before you proceed with the full application, and you will be informed before that happens.
How much can I borrow?
You can borrow up to $750,000, subject to your available equity, credit profile, and property type.
What does “redraw up to 100%” mean?
As you pay down your balance, you have the option to draw those funds back out again, up to 100% of your line, without reapplying.
Is an in-person appraisal required?
In most circumstances, no. Avoiding the in-person appraisal is a large part of why the timeline is measured in days rather than weeks.
Can I get a HELOC on an investment property?
Yes. Primary residences, secondary residences, and investment properties are all eligible, though terms may differ by occupancy type.
