Mortgage Loan Originator – Reliant Home Funding Inc

We are seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer trainee to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for helping customers navigate the mortgage process by providing product and service information while resolving issues. Beginning your career with RHF, you will receive the proper training and guidance necessary for continuous success.

We also provide a consistent flow of inbound leads. No cold calling all day long to try to dig up business! Come learn and grow with us today!!

***This is an in person position. You will need to report to our headquarters in Melville, NY***

Responsibilities:

• Responding to incoming customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Providing information about mortgage products and services to clients
• Troubleshooting and resolving product issues and concerns
• Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions
• Developing and maintaining a strong knowledge base of evolving mortgage products and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Ability to build rapports with clients
• Strong customer service skills with experience in sales
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Determination to get the job done
• Passing Licensing exams to become a Mortgage Loan Originator (A part of training/employer paid)
• Associate degree or higher a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
